SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • During high-demand periods (launches, sales), processing times may be extended

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • International (DHL/UPS): 3–7 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
  • Delays may occur due to customs or courier issues

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  • If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once the item is available
  • To receive available items earlier, please place separate orders

SHIPPING FEES

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping charges

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order

FAILED DELIVERY / INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

NO REFUNDS — STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

All approved returns will be issued as:

  • Store Credit, or
  • Exchange only

This applies to all orders, including defective or incorrect items.

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing and product details before purchase.


RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted
  • Items returned without approval will be rejected

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To initiate a return, please contact:

Your email must include:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Preferred option (Exchange or Store Credit)

Once your request is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions
  • Your item must be sent back within the stated timeframe

⚠️ Important:

  • Returns sent without approval will NOT be accepted
  • Incomplete requests may delay processing

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Must have all original tags attached
  • Must be in original packaging

Returns will be rejected if:

  • Tags are removed
  • Item shows signs of wear
  • Makeup stains, perfume, or body odor are present
  • Item is damaged due to customer handling

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead
  • Customers may be required to cover exchange shipping fees

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video evidence

If approved:

  • You will receive an exchange or store credit only
  • Refunds will not be issued

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order items

PROCESSING TIME

  • Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after delivery to us
  • You will be notified once your return is reviewed
