ORDERS & SHIPPING

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please use the tracking information provided to monitor your delivery status.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • US: 2–5 business days
  • International (DHL/UPS): 3–7 business days

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or customs delays.


DO YOU SHIP PRE-ORDER ITEMS DIFFERENTLY?

Yes.

If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available.

To receive in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified for a refund.

However, a store credit may be issued if:

  • You request cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order

CAN I CANCEL AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

No.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

You may follow the return/exchange process after receiving your item.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

No.

We operate a strict no-refund policy.
All approved returns are eligible for:

  • Exchange, or
  • Store Credit only

No exceptions.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To request a return:

Include:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Preferred option (Exchange or Store Credit)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN WINDOW?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Returns will be rejected if items show:

  • Signs of wear
  • Makeup stains
  • Perfume or body odor
  • Missing tags

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

If approved:

  • You will receive an exchange or store credit only
  • Refunds will not be issued

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS RETURNS?

Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your item.

WHY IS AN ITEM OUT OF STOCK?

We produce limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and quality.

This means some items may sell out quickly and may not be restocked.
