RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
NO REFUNDS — STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All approved returns will be issued as:
- Store Credit, or
- Exchange only
This applies to all orders, including defective or incorrect items.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted
- Items sent without prior approval will be rejected
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To initiate a return, please contact:

Your email must include:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Preferred option (Exchange or Store Credit)
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Return instructions
- Return Authorization approval
⚠️ Important:
- Returns sent without approval will NOT be accepted
- Failure to include required details may delay your request
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Must have original tags attached
- Must be in original packaging
Items will NOT be accepted if they show:
- Signs of wear
- Makeup stains
- Perfume or body odor
- Missing tags
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- If unavailable, store credit will be issued instead
- Customers may be required to cover exchange shipping fees
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear evidence (photos/videos)
- Exchange shipping will be covered by us
If approved:
- You will receive an exchange or store credit only
- No refunds will be issued
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order items
PROCESSING TIME
- Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after delivery to us
- You will be notified once your return has been reviewed
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- All returns must be approved before sending
